The 1st Annual New England - New York Area
Granular Materials Workshop

Date: July 18th, 2003
Venue: Sackler Science Center, Clark University, Worcester, MA

Over 50 people participated in the first annual Granular Materials Workshop. The workshop is designed to bring together researchers in the New England/New York area to discuss their work on granular materials and explore collaborations.

The 2nd meeting will be held at Yale University on June 3, 2004.

The workshop featured four pedagogical talks, 15 minute contributed talks, and a poster session. The schedule and abstracts of the talks and posters can be found by following this link.
